The main mission of the Equestrian Council is to promote equine recreational and educational opportunities using the parks, facilities, volunteers, and local organizations of the San Juan Capistrano area. The council is also active in the promotion of multiuse trails and open space. The San Juan Capistrano Equestrian Council (SJCEC) is dedicated to the preserving & enhancing the equestrian community with Experience, Quality and Congeniality.
